Our Chalmette optical is excited to offer LATISSE™ in order to help our patients who suffer from Hypotrichosis, a condition in which they do not have enough eyelashes. LATISSE™ is FDA-Approved and gives our patients longer and thicker eyelashes.

How LATISSE™ Works

LATISSE™ is a prescription eyelash solution, much like a serum, that you apply to the base of your upper eyelashes every evening. It gradually grows your eyelashes in two ways:

• Increasing the eyelash growth phase
• Increasing the amount of eyelashes that emerge in the growth phase
  

It will take about 4 weeks before you begin to notice eyelash growth, but after week 16 you will see fuller, longer eyelashes.
